ART THEFT!!!!!!!

Hello fellow artists!
It has just come to my attention that my drawing of EMINEM http://fav.me/d1x81vn which I did in March 2009 for a "Favourite Artist" contest here on DA, has been stolen/used without my knowledge... In the past here on DA I have seen many people reporting art thefts, though usually they are within the confines of the Deviant Art community, one person passing someone elses art off as their own etc.
My art theft problem is as follows...

Hello amazing artists!!
So after a long time away from DA I have returned to a very warm welcome from my fellow deviants!!... So I must firstly say a big T H A N K Y O U for that...
I have been going through loads of the many drawings I've scribbled out since I stopped uploading them on here and picked out a few (mostly at random as I'm rarely completely happy with the finished results of much of my work...lol) and will be uploading them soon!
Also... I hope at least a few of you have watched and love the TV series MISFITS??

Thank you Dan for the link to the artwork, I have not taken credit for the piece that you sent the link to me about but I think that that artist has or it seems to be that way to me The pic I have done is a copy of a work done by MR Go and I did it to learn different techniques in pencil work as I am a self taught artist... I Appreciate the time you have taken to inform me of this other artist using what you may have thought to be my original artwork an would have been upset if some one had stolen my work to clam as their own....Having said that I also realize that most people do rip off artists work and it is a same when it takes some one a long time to draw or paint but in this age of copy and paste it is hard to get your work out there with out some one claiming it as their own or making a copy of it or spinning off on it in some way.... we never stop learning and always keep trying to better our skills 
I always put a link to the artists I copy from if I do and if I do it is for Learning only I wish other people would learn to do the same... I have looked at your work and I find that I could learn alot form you ( Not saying I will copy your work lol) but you have some fantastic pencil skills!!! Keep up the great work and Thank you Again
